Steam beets for 15 minutes and peel off skins

Gather your  ingredients! -beets -chickpeas -tahini -garlic -lemon  -cumin -parsley -salt -olive oil

Blend until smooth and creamy!

Use as a dip for raw veggies or whole grain pita.

Spoon on top of quinoa buddha bowls!
