Overnight oats are perfect for breakfast meal prep!

What You Need: -oats -cooked quinoa -oat milk -chia seeds -vanilla extract -maple syrup

Mix together all your ingredients and chill

Make this easy raspberry chia seed jam or use store bought!

Thaw, stir and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
